Having A Healthy Low Fat Meal

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: • 2 sheets of gelatin • 400g cream cheese with 0% fat  • 3 tablespoons (soup) of sweetener  • 8-10 drops of almond extract  • 1 egg white
Preparation:
Soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl with cold water. In a small saucepan, heat 50g of creamy white curd fire. Enter the carefully drained and pressed gelatin.
Mix well, until there is a perfect dissolution. In another container, add the remaining cream cheese, two tablespoons of sweetener and almond extract
 Beat until dough is smooth and add to the curd mixture with gelatin. Beat one egg white.
When almost firm, add the remaining sweetener, and blend for a few more seconds. Incorporate the egg whites gently curd. Distribute the mixture into four pots and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Yield: 1 serving Ingredients:  • 2 eggs • ½ teaspoon (coffee) liquid sweetener • 20 drops of vanilla essence  • 1 spoon (soup) of wheat bran
2 tbsp (tablespoons) of oat bran.
