Weakly Low Fat Meal Plan

Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons (soup) of wheat bran
• 8 tablespoons (soup) of oat bran
• 4 tbsp (tablespoons) cream cheese with 0% fat
• ½ teaspoon (coffee) liquid sweetener
• Flavor to choose from: lemon zest, cinnamon, coffee
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Beat the egg whites. Mix all the ingredients and then incorporate the egg whites. Distribute in molds for muffins and bake for 20-30 minutes.

WEEK 1 MEAL 1
1 cup of water with ½ squeezed lemon + 1 apple + 1 ½ sic. (Tea) of unsweetened cereal flakes with skim milk + ½ cup cashew juice
SNACK 1 large carrot raw
MEAL 2 1 cup (Tea), hibiscus + 1 plate of green salad leaves + 1 cup of coconut water

1 cup of cranberry + 1 turkey breast sandwich on whole grain bread with lettuce, tomato, a slice of mozzarella + 1 course (dessert), vegetables (kale, spinach ...) cheese juice
SNACK 2 1 whole meal toast with 1 tbsp. (Soup) Tuna pasta with light cream cheese
